Lake Park Marine is a Premier Mercury Marine service center.  The business was purchased from Don Lee (Lake Park Service Center) in 1990, by Ben Dobson.  Ben started in the marine repair business in 1973, he has served both as a technician and service manager for many large dealerships and marinas throughout Texas. He has maintained his certifications in marine trades since 1973.  

Thier are four other certified marine technicians with Lake Park Marine. 

Mel Shott a 26 year retired Marine Corp. veteran has 11 plus years of marine service expierence. 

Mike Carlquest who at one time owned his own marine service business is now part of our team with 19 plus years expierence.

  Bill Gildner a veteran marine technician has 20 plus years expierence both in the parts and service business. 

Jarrett Peters a Mercruiser Certified technician currently attending the Uninverisity of North Texas has eight plues years expeirence in marine service. 

All of our technicians annually attend marine update technical seminars both with Mercury Marine and Bombardier Marine.
